Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below:

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM ET may be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information where applicable.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options for physical products:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to carrier issues beyond our control.

Digital Products

  • Instant Access: Digital downloads, such as eBooks, checklists, or guides, are delivered immediately after purchase via email or download link.
  • If you experience any issues receiving your digital products, please contact us at singlesourcebooks@gmail.com.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • Final shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package through the carrier’s website.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at singlesourcebooks@gmail.com.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States and select international locations.
  • Some oversized items, specialty products, or restricted materials may have additional shipping limitations.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain expedited options.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If it still cannot be found, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days with photos of the damage at singlesourcebooks@gmail.com so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
