- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted

- 2–3 tbsp milk or heavy cream
- A pinch of salt

Directions
- Preheat Oven & Prepare the Pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.
- Dry Ingredients Mix: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
